Michael Wangbickler of the Academy of Wine Communications joins us to explain their mission.

We will also discuss the Murphy Goode recuitment program, a kind of landmark in new social media and wine.

I said “May 24th” in the intro. I’ll need to go edit that RSN.

What I cannot believe is that none of the Murphy-Goode candidates has left comments on your podcasts with VinTank’s whitepaper!

    Unbelievable!

I am glad I found you this evening and am looking forward to your discussion on the MG recruitment as well as further analysis of the whitepaper.

    One quesiton, though.

Is it possible to download the mp3 to listen to while in the car? I have spent my evening listening to the pods on VinTank and would love to be able to listen to them again…

You can easily download the mp3 files by looking at or subscribing to the RSS feed. You can view that by clicking on the RSS icon at the top right in the address bar of your browser. Thanks for listening!

    Thanks for another interesting podcast!

Given Michael’s strong opinions on Twitter regarding current Murphy-Goode correspondent video submissions (which is always quite amusing), it was fun to hear his thoughts on what he thinks is missing from so many of the submitted videos. And I couldn’t agree more.

I shot my own video this past weekend and will be submitting it within the week. Had planned on leaning quirky, anyway, since it’s my personality and Murphy-Goode themselves sent out an e-mail saying, in essence, how important it was to fit into the company culture. So I’m glad to know we’re all on the same page. ;)

Some strong videos yet to be submitted, I believe, especially with three weeks left before the deadline.

Maybe NWC will be interviewing a Murphy-Goode candidate or two at some point?

    Thanks again!

I wonder how we could reach out to the candidates and have then discuss the “contest” with us? I’d be happy to do that!

It looks like you’ve already found a way! :)

I’ll be joining in on Tuesday…and will have my video uploaded by then, too!
